May 3, 2016 School Improvement Workshops/Evaluation Grants - 3 EBA on Educator Effectiveness, we can help the schools after the pick an instructional model into reality and using to the evaluation system, “What would it look like” How to help the principals with the evaluation of the instructional model they choose. Help answer the question “Why do we need the instructional model?” Collaboration for all of us what we are doing at other schools that are working to share those ideas with others. We bring the questions we are getting from schools and the info. We are receiving from the NDE to discuss how to implement and take back to our schools together. We are solving together. Helping the teachers and administrators to continue to move in the direction they need to go to accomplish tasks at hand. Helping the administrators and teachers to see the overlapping of all of the components not just another thing down the pipe. Helping them understand the “why” to continue to improvement. The 3 initiatives by the state have eased the SDA to focus on collaborating and focusing on together. What is the dream - identify it and the path to get there?? (6 Tenants)
